Moisturize for a Youthful, More Beautiful You

Looks beautiful is not only wearing adorable dress but also having healthy skin. Today, I have a guest post from Renee Bertrand. She is a Fashion Consultant. She will share some keys to get moisturized beautiful skin. After reading her article, I grabbed my lotion and applied it to my dry skinny arm and drink more water.

Time and again, over the years, women all over the world have been struggling to fight their one worst enemy – aging. From home remedies, to complex creams and cosmetics, this is one battle that women will always be struggling with. But did you know a simple beauty regimen, started as young as possible, can help keep away those years from your skin? I can literally hear you shifting in your seat right now wondering what that is. Well, the answer is MOISTURIZING.
Now that winters are here and we are all cuddling up under sweaters and blankets, there’s something that is getting the rough end of the deal – our skin.

The Benefits of Moisturizing
Dry skin is one of the biggest causes of aging, and as we already mentioned, a key benefit of moisturizing is to prevent aging. Besides that, moisturizing is also helpful in preventing infections on otherwise dry skin, and saves skin from looking scaly and chapped. Did we add that moisturized skin also looks healthy and glowing compared to the non-moisturized counterparts?

Moisturize From The Inside!
When it comes to moisturizing, it’s not just the face skin or exterior that matters, moisturizing from within is as important. Now you don’t have to gobble down a jar of an expensive moisturizing cream for this. There’s something that comes as readily to everyone as a tap away – water.
Our bodies are made up of 75% water which helps in digestion, flushes out toxins, and prevents dehydration – something that can accelerate the aging process. We strongly recommend you to drink at least 2 liters of water every day to keep yourself and your skin hydrated. And we’ve got a trick to make sure you get that daily dose of H2O; keep 2 bottles next to your desk or your bedside, and make it a rule to finish it every day.

Moisturize From The Outside!
Now let’s get to the moisturizing from the outside part. Once a day is just not enough; you have to moisturize every day and every night.

·         Moisturizing During The Day – During the day, cleanse your face with a gentle cleansing lotion or face wash. Then follow immediately with a moisturizer for your skin type. Make sure that the day moisturizer you use has some sun screen protection, such as an SPF 15 or a higher SPF. Also scrub your face once or twice a week before moisturizing and while cleansing, but don’t do it every day.

·         Moisturizing During The Night – During the night, most of us have a lot of make-up, dirt and grime on our face from the entire day. So the first step is to remove all the makeup on your face with a cleansing lotion and soft cotton balls. Be gentle on your skin. Apply a night moisturizer without any sun protection, and voila, you are ready to hit the sacks with a healthy skin!
Now that this wonderful beauty essential has been shared with you, you must make it a part of your routine for a youthful, more beautiful you!

@ Rimma : mungkin lotion nya tidak cocok. kalau lebih bagus tidak pakai lotion, ya tidak perlu. minum air yang banyak aja biar sehat :)
